Shipping Policy

Shipping & Lost Package Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided and is the primary method for monitoring your package’s progress.

If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please note the following:

A Missing Mail Search cannot be initiated until 7 days after the shipment date. This allows the carrier adequate time to deliver or update tracking information.

A package is not considered lost until it has shown no tracking movement for at least 4 consecutive days.

Replacements or refunds will not be issued until the package meets both conditions:

At least 7 days have passed since shipment

Tracking has shown no movement for a minimum of 4 days

We appreciate your patience, as shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside of our control. We are committed to making things right and will assist you through the process if your package qualifies as lost under these guidelines.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Items Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery notification so we can help investigate the issue.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

 

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist. A package may be considered lost if tracking has not updated for 4 or more days.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, when applicable, file a claim. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the carrier confirms the package has been lost.

Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur and do not always indicate a lost package.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a cancellation fee of 4% + $0.60 will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process if applicable.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
